Another important tip for your safety plan is to keep very accurate and complete records. These can help protect you and your employees in case there’s an incident.
Records also help you review your standards and implement new best practices. When you have clear documentation of how you train your staff, you can make changes and easily roll them out to your supervisors and employees.
Lead from the Top
