Your items may also have to fit within certain guidelines in order to be listed, such as having a minimum listing price.
ECommerce platforms such as Shopify are great for reaching a huge audience. There’s also the added benefit of having all of the technical aspects of online selling taken care of, such as site, transaction, and shipping procedures.
You should consider specialty sites if you have a collection of specific items. These sites will specialize in a particular type of item, like jewelry, dolls, limoges miniatures, or coins. People searching for these things will be able to find you more easily.
Facebook and Instagram
Facebook and Instagram posts can be put to work as auctions.
You simply post your item for a temporary period with instructions for buyers to leave their email and quantity request in the comments section. The winner will then get an invoice and will have their item shipped to them after paying.
Own a Store
Having your own store is an option for those who have a lot of stuff to sell and can be present daily. When you’re deciding where to sell antiques and collectibles, you should be aware that is an expensive way to sell. You will be responsible for:

- Wages for employees
- Utilities like electricity and water
